CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS

Protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation

Our Next Everything is a dating service for adults age 18 and older. Children are not permitted to create or use an account, and conduct that exploits or sexualizes a minor is prohibited.

Effective August 27, 2026

Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Our Next Everything prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, sextortion, child sexual exploitation, the sexualization of minors, child trafficking, and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Members must never create, upload, request, share, sell, link to, normalize, or facilitate this material or conduct. Attempts to move this activity to another service are also prohibited.

Report inside the app

A member can open a profile, photo, message, or conversation and choose Report, including the underage or child-safety reason where applicable. Block is available as a separate action to stop contact and remove the relationship from discovery. Reports enter the restricted safety and moderation queue.

You can also contact the child-safety response channel at support@ournexteverything.com with “Child safety” in the subject. Do not email or redistribute suspected CSAM. Provide only the account, conversation, or report information needed to locate it safely. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.

How we respond

Authorized personnel review actionable reports and may restrict visibility, remove content, preserve only appropriate account and event information, suspend or terminate accounts, prevent renewed contact, and escalate the matter. Action depends on the available facts, member safety, applicable law, and the need to avoid further distribution of illegal material.

Known or confirmed CSAM

Known or confirmed CSAM is removed from public access and handled under the controlled child-safety process. Where applicable law requires a report, authorized personnel report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States or the appropriate regional authority, and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities. We do not claim that a report has been made until an authorized person has actually completed it.

Standards and accountable response

We maintain an accountable child-safety response process and a monitored contact channel for safety notices. Response procedures are reviewed against applicable law and qualified legal guidance. These standards do not replace emergency services or independent legal advice.
