Agreement and eligibility

By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms and linked policies. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate, current information and maintain only one personal account. You are responsible for account security and activity under your credentials.

Account access

An eligible adult may create a Free account, complete the required profile, and enter the dating service. Identity and face verification are optional. Email confirmation, accurate age information, profile requirements, moderation status, and other ordinary security and eligibility controls still apply. Local eligible inventory determines who is available to discover. See How Access Works.

Identity verification

Identity and face verification is an optional capability that a member may initiate with separate consent after a first legitimate Premium activation or one distinct, valid successful referred signup. Either route permanently unlocks verification access; normal Premium cancellation or expiration does not relock it. Sharing, copying, opening, or clicking invitations alone does not qualify, and the referred friend does not need to complete verification for their signup to count. Neither a Premium purchase nor referral eligibility is verification. Only a successful provider result confirmed by Our Next Everything grants verified status and the Our Next Everything rose badge. Verification is one safety signal, not a guarantee of identity, intentions, background, conduct, or compatibility. Our Next Everything does not conduct a criminal background check unless expressly stated for a specific feature. You may not circumvent verification, forge a badge, or submit another person’s image. Our Next Everything may require security review or renewed verification when justified by fraud, safety, provider, or account-integrity concerns.

Your interactions and safety

You are responsible for your interactions and decisions. Use good judgment, keep early conversations in the mobile app, never send money, meet in public, tell someone your plans, and arrange your own transportation. You never owe another member an address, contact, a date, a response, or reciprocation. Review the Safety Center. Our Next Everything does not guarantee safety.

Prohibited conduct

You may not harass, threaten, stalk, hate or target others; pressure someone to share a private address, meet, maintain contact, or reciprocate; exploit or solicit minors; facilitate grooming, sextortion, child sexual exploitation, CSAM, or trafficking; publish pornography or explicitly sexual profile content; offer or solicit escorting, compensated dating, sugar dating, prostitution, or other sexual services; scam or request money; impersonate others; create fake profiles; use stolen photos; share non-consensual intimate imagery; post illegal content; make weapons threats; spam or promote without authorization; scrape data; automate accounts; reverse engineer the service; or evade moderation, suspension, or verification. The Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards are part of these terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit and are responsible for having the rights and permissions to use it. You grant Our Next Everything Holdings, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical display, moderate, and display that content as needed to operate, improve, protect, and promote the service, subject to your privacy settings and applicable law. The license ends when content is deleted except for reasonable backups, legal retention, and content shared with others.

Moderation and access decisions

Our Next Everything may receive reports, investigate suspected violations, remove content, require renewed verification, deny publication, suspend, or terminate access. Our Next Everything has no obligation to publish every profile or to disclose confidential safety systems. Reporting does not guarantee a particular decision.

Mobile app and The Wheel

The public website provides information, legal policies, support, and account-deletion access. Dating profiles, optional verification, The Wheel, Likes, matches, and messaging are intended for the mobile app when available. Availability may vary by location, device, membership, inventory, preferences, safety controls, and eligibility. We do not promise that eligible profiles will always be available nearby.

No promised outcomes

Our Next Everything does not guarantee that you will receive matches, messages, dates, relationships, or any particular result. It does not guarantee responses, compatibility, member availability, or that another user’s statements are accurate.

Free and Premium membership

The mobile app offers an ad-supported Free experience and may offer optional Premium when an authorized Apple App Store or Google Play purchase screen presents the offer. Free members can discover, Like or Pass, form mutual matches, and message matches; unverified members may publish up to three profile photos; and Free members receive a base allowance of 20 Wheel profiles per allowance period.

When offered, a voluntarily completed and authoritatively confirmed rewarded ad may grant five additional Wheel profiles, one eligible Rewind, or an explicitly described privacy-safe Likes reveal. Closing an ad early or failing to complete it grants no reward.

Premium’s target price is $9.99/month, but the applicable store screen supplies the authoritative localized price and renewal terms. While Our Next Everything confirms an active entitlement, Premium removes ordinary ads and provides unlimited Wheel use and eligible Rewinds, See Who Likes You, and My Style without rewarded ads after successful verification. The first legitimate activation also permanently unlocks optional verification access. Before purchase, the store shows the current price, billing frequency, renewal terms, included features, and any trial only if one is actually offered. Billing, cancellation, and refunds follow the applicable store’s policies.

Invites and verification

Every eligible genuine member may share an invite without Premium or verification. One friend completing a valid signup through your invite permanently unlocks identity-verification access. My Style stays locked until the member's own successful verification. The friend does not need to verify. Referral progress does not unlock My Style or grant Premium, Verified status or a cosmetic pack.

The member's existing referral code remains the identifier. Sharing, copying, opening or clicking a link, installing or opening the app, recording attribution or attaching a referral to an account does not unlock access. Qualification remains subject to duplicate, self-referral, fraud, account-eligibility, failed or abandoned signup, deleted or invalid account, reviewer/test-account and other existing exclusions.

Only the member's own successful verification, confirmed by Our Next Everything, permanently unlocks My Style. Separately, that successful verification permanently earns the current Verification Reward pack when available. The app shows whether a reward is selected. If none is selected when you verify, a later pack is not automatically awarded. A failed, cancelled, pending or replayed verification does not earn another reward. Earned packs remain bound to the actual reward earned through future reward rotations, Premium ending, reinstall, device and catalog changes. Legitimate historical cosmetic ownership remains preserved. See Invites, Verification & My Style.

Historical account records and support

Retired services do not create a current product benefit. Legitimately earned historical promotional credit remains recorded and governed by the terms applicable to each earned lot, including its disclosed expiration and reversal rules. Retiring public marketing does not itself confiscate valid, unexpired earned credit. Historical transactions and applicable support, accounting, privacy, and retention obligations remain preserved. My Style digital cosmetics

Classic presentation remains available without payment or ads. Free and Premium members permanently unlock My Style after their own successful verification, even when no Verification Reward is selected. A friend completing a valid signup through your invite unlocks verification access only. Premium makes verification available right away, without an invite. Complete your own verification before using My Style. Once verified, active Premium lets you use packs without rewarded ads. Preview never grants access or changes a public profile. There are no new individual cosmetic purchases. Legitimate historical permanent ownership remains preserved; Premium alone never creates permanent ownership.

An ordinary coordinated pack includes background artwork, a frame and an effect only when that design includes one. For an eligible Free member, one completed and validated rewarded ad grants the selected pack for 24 hours from the confirmed grant time. Its components share one timer. Renewal resets the chosen pack to a fresh 24 hours without adding remaining time.

Closing early, failed delivery, duplication, replay or an unconfirmed callback earns no reward and preserves prior valid access. Accessible components may be mixed without extra ads. Configured effects stay paired with their compatible background. Expiration removes only components without another valid access source and preserves saved preferences. Historical store purchases, refunds, revocations, disputes and reconciliation remain governed by the applicable store and law.

The current Verification Reward pack is earned only through successful verification. While selected as the current reward, it is removed from ordinary Shop availability and cannot be acquired through Premium or rewarded ads. When the owner changes the reward, the old pack returns to its previous ordinary catalog state; members who earned it keep it permanently. Cosmetic styling never changes identity, age, safety controls, moderation notices, the official rose badge or Verified status.

Premium expiration and verified status

When Premium expires, is canceled, refunded, or revoked, ordinary ads may return, Free Wheel and rewarded-Rewind rules resume, and See Who Likes You ends. Existing account data is not unnecessarily deleted. A legitimate permanent verification-access unlock from the first Premium activation remains even if the member has not yet attempted verification. Premium, verification access, and Verified status are separate states. A successful identity verification, rose badge, and six-photo verified-member allowance persist after Premium ends unless the provider or a separate security or reverification rule invalidates the verification.

Intellectual property and feedback

The Our Next Everything service, brand, software, and original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or misuse them except as law permits. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, but it does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property.

Availability and experimental features

The service may change, experience downtime, or include beta or experimental features. Features may differ by market, device, membership, or eligibility. Our Next Everything may modify or discontinue features, subject to applicable consumer law and paid commitments.

Disclaimers and reasonable limits

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or particular results. Our Next Everything is not responsible for user conduct it does not control. Liability limitations will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law; nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Our Next Everything Holdings, LLC against third-party claims arising from your unlawful content, your material breach of these terms, or your misuse of the service. This does not apply to claims caused by the company’s own unlawful conduct.

Disputes and governing law

Contact hello@ournexteverything.com first so a dispute can be reviewed informally. These terms do not include an arbitration requirement or class-action waiver. Applicable law determines rights that cannot be waived.

Changes, notice, and general terms

Material changes will be posted or communicated as required by law and apply prospectively from the stated effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent allowed. These terms and linked policies are the entire agreement about the service unless separate written terms apply.
