This page is for an existing record or order from a retired service. It does not offer new orders or announce future availability.

Email support@ournexteverything.com with your own account reference and, if applicable, the existing order reference. Support can review account, balance, payment, refund, delivery, privacy, or safety questions and route an order issue under the terms that applied to it. Do not send a delivery address, private acceptance link, payment details, password, verification code, or another member's private information.
Previously earned promotional credit
Legitimately issued historical Gift Credit remains recorded and governed by the terms attached to each earned lot, including its disclosed qualification, availability, minimum-use, expiration, and reversal rules. Retiring public marketing does not itself confiscate valid, unexpired earned credit. It has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and cannot be used for Premium or subscriptions. This support page does not offer redemption or promise new credit. Contact support for the records and terms applicable to your account.
Historical order support
Required historical order, fulfillment, consent, accounting, refund, support, and audit records remain protected under the Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements. For a previously created flower order, historical flower order support preserves the applicable provider contact details. Safety, harassment, and privacy concerns should always be reported to Our Next Everything.
Address and account privacy
A retained historical delivery address remains encrypted and separate from public profiles and conversations. The current app does not collect or update a reusable delivery address. If a saved historical address exists, it can be deleted separately through Settings → Historical Gift Address in the mobile app. You can also request help or use the account deletion page. Delivery information is not taken from identity-verification documents or shared with a matched sender.
