Submit a request

Enter the email connected to your account. If an eligible account exists, we send a single-use link to a confirmation page so that another person cannot delete your account. In the mobile app, Settings → Data & Account Controls → Delete account starts the authenticated flow directly.

Once you explicitly confirm, the account is removed from discovery, active sessions and device tokens are revoked, and ordinary profile, photo, verification, sign-in, membership, retained historical delivery addresses and uncompleted historical order associations are deleted, canceled, or de-identified as appropriate. Storage, identity-provider, and linked Apple authorization cleanup is retried if a provider is temporarily unavailable. The request can be submitted again safely without duplicating deletion.

You do not need to delete your dating account to remove a retained historical delivery address. If one exists, you can delete it separately from Settings → Historical Gift Address in the mobile app. The current app does not collect or update a reusable delivery address.

Deleting your Our Next Everything account does not cancel an auto-renewing store subscription. The deleted app account cannot use Premium, even if the store subscription remains active. Cancel separately in Google Play subscriptions or Apple subscriptions to stop future renewal and billing through that store account.

Limited pseudonymous security, moderation, safety, historical order, store transaction, dispute, deletion-audit, backup, or legal-hold records may be retained when needed for fulfillment support, to protect members, prevent fraud, reconcile purchases, meet accounting or legal duties, or demonstrate that the request was honored. A private delivery address is not retained merely to recreate a retired service, and retained records cannot reactivate or rediscover the deleted profile. See the Privacy Policy for details.
